Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel your order before delivery, and up to 14 days after delivery. Please contact us for authorisation. We will refund your money (minus the postage cost) within 30 days.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. We reccommend using Royal Mail 2nd class recorded devliery.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this resulted in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the full or reduction in value.
Please note. For hygiene reasons, we do not give refunds or exchanges for goods that were opened, used, damaged and not in a saleable condition. Goods returned to us must be in the same mint condition that were despatched to you.
We take extreme care when packaging the goods to ensure they arrive in mint condition. Almost all goods will be despatched in postal boxes with sufficient paddings and some goods in padded envelopes.
If the goods are found to be faulty by the manufacturer with a reasonable time after delivery, you may reject them and claim a full refund, plus compensation for your losses.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
1 Prices: Unless otherwise stated any prices quoted by the Seller are exclusive of carriage. The Seller shall charge extra in respect of this item. The Seller reserves the right to amend prices to correct errors or omissions.
2 Prices, Price Lists: Prices and Price lists are subject to these terms and conditions. The prices shown on our website are constantly updated and are therefore subject to alteration without notice.
3 Delivery: All despatch dates are estimated and are not guaranteed and do not form a term of this contract. Whilst every endeavour will be made to comply with these dates, the Seller shall have no liability whatsoever for delay in despatch or delivery. Late delivery does not entitle Buyer to cancel order.
4 Loss of Parcel: The seller shall have no liability for any loss of parcels through the postal system. Customers are advised to choose an appropriate postage option for the goods. We keep proof of posting for all parcels despatched. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost, we can assist you in making a claim against Royal Mail for a refund.
5 Payment: All purchases must be paid for prior to despatch of the goods. Payment can be made by credit/debit cards, Paypal or cheque. If paying by cheque, time should be allowed for the cheque to clear before the goods will be despatched.
