Smellies Direct - Returns Policy We take great care to ensure that all products are delivered in good condition and that you are completely happy with your purchase. Our policy for return of goods is stated below:
1 Damaged Goods: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, if the product has been damaged in transit. Please contact us by email (returns@smelliesdirect.co.uk), and we will arrange for the goods to be replaced.
2 Contents of Order Incorrect: If the contents of your order are incorrect, or part of the order is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us by email (returns@smelliesdirect.co.uk), and we will arrange for the correct goods to be sent, or if part of the order is missing, we will advise when the remainder of the order will be sent.
3 Order No Longer Required: If you decide that you no longer want the products you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us by email (returns@smelliesdirect.co.uk), and we will advise you how to return the goods. There will be a charge of £4.50 for restocking the items. The goods must be returned in pristine condition, with bottles/cellophane wrapping unopened. When we receive the goods undamaged at our depot, we will then arrange a refund to your credit card (or cheque if you paid by cheque), less the charge of £4.50.

Prices:
Unless otherwise stated any prices quoted by the Seller are exclusive of carriage. The Seller shall charge extra in respect of this item. The Seller reserves the right to amend prices to correct errors or omissions.
2 Prices, Price Lists: Prices and Price lists are subject to these terms and conditions. The prices shown on our website are constantly updated and are therefore subject to alteration without notice.
3 Delivery: All despatch dates are estimated and are not guaranteed and do not form a term of this contract. Whilst every endeavour will be made to comply with these dates, the Seller shall have no liability whatsoever for delay in despatch or delivery, or for any loss occasioned thereby. Late delivery does not entitle Buyer to cancel order.
4 Payment: All purchases must be paid for prior to despatch of the goods. Payment can be made by credit card or cheque. If paying by cheque, time should be allowed for the cheque to clear before the goods will be despatched.
